Being straight about coverage

We do not have offices all over Portugal, and we will not pretend to.

Plenty of IT companies list every district capital on their website as though they had a branch in each. We have one office, in Faro. Everywhere else is remote support — which, for the great majority of what we do, is genuinely the better way to deliver it. Where a person has to be in the room, we say whether we can be.

  • Remote support and management for clients anywhere in Portugal
  • On-site attendance as standard in the Algarve and the Alentejo
  • On-site elsewhere in Portugal by arrangement, priced and agreed in advance
  • Hardware shipped anywhere in the country, configured before it arrives
  • Portuguese suppliers, telecoms and invoicing handled on your behalf
  • Support in both languages, so nobody has to work in their second one

Questions

IT support in Portugal — common questions

Can you support us if we are not in the Algarve?

Yes. The overwhelming majority of managed IT is delivered remotely — devices are enrolled and managed from the cloud, servers and networks are monitored continuously, and support is given by phone and remote session. Being elsewhere in Portugal changes almost nothing about the service. What it changes is how we handle the minority of work that needs someone physically present, and we agree that up front rather than discovering it later.

Do you have an office in Lisbon or Porto?

No. We have one office, in Faro, and we would rather say that than list a virtual address in every city. Clients in Lisbon and Porto are supported remotely, with on-site visits arranged and priced when something genuinely needs a person there.

What happens if hardware fails and you are not nearby?

For laptops and desktops, a managed replacement is shipped and configures itself on first sign-in, which is usually faster than waiting for an engineer anyway. For servers and network equipment we work with warranty and manufacturer on-site cover, and where a site genuinely cannot tolerate downtime we plan spares or standby capacity in advance. It is a question worth asking of any provider, however close they are.

Can you support an English-speaking team?

Yes. We support clients in English and Portuguese, and for international businesses operating in Portugal that is frequently the reason they came to us. Your team uses whichever language suits them; documentation and reporting can be in either.

Which region would our data sit in?

In EU or UK regions, chosen to suit where you operate and any obligations you have. We confirm the specific regions for your Microsoft 365 tenant and your backup service and record them in your documentation, so it is a fact you can cite rather than an assumption you are making.

We are moving to Portugal. Can you set everything up?

Yes — that is a substantial part of what we do. Connectivity, networking, Microsoft 365, devices, security and ongoing support, with Portuguese suppliers and paperwork handled. Company formation, tax and immigration are not ours to advise on, and we will say so clearly rather than guessing.

Ready to get started?

Tell us where you are and what you run.

We will tell you honestly what we can do from here, what would need a visit, and what that would involve.
