Microsoft
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint. The platform most of our clients' identity, mail and files sit on.
Partners & technology
A row of vendor logos tells you very little on its own. This page separates the platforms we build on from formal partner status — because they are different things, and only one of them can be verified.

Technologies we work with
We work with these day to day, and we will explain why one suits your environment better than another. Working with a product is a statement about experience, not about partner status.
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint. The platform most of our clients' identity, mail and files sit on.
Endpoint protection and firewalls, where a client's environment suits it better than the Microsoft security stack.
Backup and replication for servers, virtual machines and Microsoft 365 data.
Endpoint and server backup with off-site copies, particularly for smaller estates.
Business Wi-Fi, switching and routing. Well suited to hospitality and multi-site sites where coverage and cost both matter.
Server and storage hardware where on-premise infrastructure is still the right answer.
Business telephony, where a client needs more than Teams calling provides.
Business-grade laptops and desktops from the major manufacturers, specified for the role and supplied with local warranty.
How we choose
Providers with deep vendor commitments tend to recommend whatever they are committed to. We would rather recommend what fits, which occasionally means telling a client that the capability they were about to buy is already included in the licences they hold.
Questions worth asking any IT provider
Formal partnerships & accreditations
Kept deliberately separate from the list above, because a logo and an accreditation are not the same claim.
Why the distinction matters
Almost every IT provider displays the same set of vendor logos, usually under a heading implying partnership. Most of the time it means the provider has used the product. That is worth knowing, but it is not a credential, and presenting it as one makes the genuinely accredited harder to identify. We would rather be plain and let you compare properly.
Questions
We manage Microsoft 365 tenants for clients across Portugal and the UK every day, and we configure them against Microsoft security baselines. We do not claim a formal partner designation on this website, because we would rather state only what we can evidence. If formal status matters to your procurement, ask us directly and we will give you a precise answer.
Because they answer a genuine question: what will my environment actually be built on. Knowing that we work with Microsoft 365, Ubiquiti and Veeam tells you something useful about what we would propose. The heading on that band says "technologies we work with" rather than "partners" for exactly this reason.
Yes. We will advise on specification, and we will support business-grade equipment you buy elsewhere. Buying through us usually gets you local warranty, devices pre-registered to your tenant so they configure themselves on first sign-in, and one supplier to chase — but it is your choice, not a condition of the service.
On hardware and licences that you buy through us, yes — that is normal for any reseller, and it is how procurement is funded. What we will not do is let it decide the recommendation. If the right answer is something we make nothing on, or something you already own, that is the answer you will get. Ask us about margin on any specific quote and we will tell you.
Yours. Domains, Microsoft tenants and licence subscriptions are registered to your organisation, not to CaminhoIT. This matters most on the day you might want to leave — providers who register your assets to themselves make that considerably harder, and we have had to unpick it for clients arriving from elsewhere.
Tell us what it is. This list is what we work with routinely, not an exhaustive statement of what we will touch. In practice we support plenty of line-of-business applications by working with their vendors. Where something is genuinely outside what we can support properly, we will say so rather than take it on and do it badly.
